Michael A. Samuels
Associate

Michael has been practicing law for over 15 years and joined LLF in 2007. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, and the representation of institutional lenders.

Before joining LLF, Michael gained extensive experience representing clients in general business matters, commercial litigation, creditors' rights issues, and sophisticated corporate restructuring cases.

Michael graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1992 and was the recipient of the International Law Certificate. Michael also interned during the summer of 1990 at a London, England solicitors firm.

Michael is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
