Mr. Samios practices banking and corporate transactional law. Mr. Samios became of counsel to LLF in 1999 and a partner of the firm in 2005. Before founding Bennett & Samios, LLP in 1994, Mr. Samios was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Mr. Samios graduated from Duquesne University and received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Samios is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
