Catherine Hardee
Associate

Catherine Hardee joined LLF in 2010 as an associate. The focus of her practice is general commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.

Before joining LLF, Ms. Hardee was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she represented corporations in white collar criminal and regulatory investigations and practiced securities litigation with a focus on litigation relating to mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hardee was previously an associate at Heller Ehrman LLP where her practice included insurance litigation, securities litigation and complex commercial litigation. From 2004 to 2005 Ms. Hardee served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Hardee graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2004 where she was a Pomeroy Scholar, a Florence Allen Scholar and was elected a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Hardee was also an articles editor of the NYU Law Review. Ms. Hardee is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Washington where she received a B.A. in the Comparative History of Ideas and in Communications in 1998.
